Tampa, FL – June 27, 2007 – The Amacore Group, Inc., (OTCBB: ACGI), a leader in providing health-related membership benefit programs, insurance programs, and other innovative and high-quality solutions to individuals and families across the country, today announced a partnership with privately held DentalPlans.com, the Florida-based, leading online marketer of discount dental plans and top-ranked dental plan website. This relationship furthers Amacore’s ongoing efforts to enlarge its distribution channels and product offerings while, at the same time, enlarging DentalPlans.com’s channels for distributing its affordable dental healthcare services.
Amacore will implement a variety of aggressive, multi-tiered marketing strategies to promote the 30+ discount dental plans offered by DentalPlans.com. Key facets of this strategic marketing partnership include, but are not limited to, expanding agent distribution by rolling out the DentalPlans.com platform to licensed broker programs nationwide and proposing the plans to the employee base of Amacore’s extensive network of employer groups. In addition, Amacore will develop direct response marketing initiatives aimed at their commercial clients across various industries as well as co-branded marketing campaigns geared for their affinity partners. As part of this partnership, DentalPlans.com will create customized co-branded websites for many of Amacore’s commercial clients and assist in developing other co-branded marketing materials for these campaigns.
The discount dental plans offered by DentalPlans.com are an affordable and easy-to-use alternative to dental insurance. The DentalPlans.com platform allows consumers to compare the saving and benefits provided by more than 30 discount dental plans with 100,000+ participating dental care providers in combined networks. Discount dental plan members save 10% to 60% on most dental procedures including checkups, cleanings, braces, cosmetic dentistry and more on select plans. Discount dental plans do not have annual limits, health restrictions or many other restrictions usually associated with dental insurance.
